These terms apply to your use of the Surprise Me in Croatia mobile app and website (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them.
The app creates personalised travel itineraries for Croatia based on the preferences you choose, suggesting places, stays, activities, sights and car rentals. Itineraries are suggestions only. We do not make bookings for you and are not a party to any agreement you make with hotels, rental companies or other providers.
You can sign in with Google or Facebook. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by abusing it automatically or trying to access other users’ data.
Some itineraries require payment. Prices are shown in the app before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Because a purchased itinerary is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that the right of withdrawal ends once it is delivered, as permitted under EU consumer law. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will look into it.
We try to keep information about places, prices, opening times and availability up to date, but it can change without notice. Please check important details with the provider before you travel.
Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app’s content, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from third-party services, travel disruptions or decisions you make based on an itinerary. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
